Interactive property map
If you need a basic planning site history search then you can do this through our interactive map.
Then click on search icon which you will find on the top right of the page: ![]()
Click on Quick Search and begin to type in the post code if you have it, or the address. Please note it will search for nationwide addresses.
Click on the address, this will take you to the map showing the address.
Click on this icon which will be shown on the top left of page: ![]()
Select Find IT
To draw around the curtilage of the site click under By and then click on Drawing an area. Then click around the edge of the curtilage. The area then appears red in colour.
Then click Next, then press Run.
This will pull through the planning history of the site and constraints. You’ll see there is the option to download the results as a PDF.
To view the application details, you would need to take note of the Case Number then go to the Citizen Portal at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/nfnpa to view the application.
Once you have the case numbers, type in the case number in the Quick search box (see below). See example below.

Click on Search. And this will pull through the application. For example please see screen shot below of what it will look like

Click on the application in this section. Once in the application you can scroll down and expand the ‘documents’ section by clicking on it. You can then see a list of the documents to view.
When viewing documents it is best to click on the ‘eye’ icon on the left hand side of the screen. Alternatively if you do want to download/save a copy of a document, then click on either the name or description of the document.

If there’s historic planning history with no documents shown, then these are stored in an archive and you would need to send us the application details for us to retrieve them. We will upload them to the application and notify you that they can be viewed online.
